Socialyte provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• TikTok Shop ads management

• TikTok Shop backend management

• Affiliate marketing & management

• UGC (user-generated content) creation

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Payments & Fees

All payments are agreed upon prior to the start of any service via proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically:

• 50% upfront deposit

• 50% on project completion or according to an agreed schedule

Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds may be issued only at the discretion of Socialyte in cases where services have not commenced.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information and materials

• Respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Socialyte is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to meet these obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Final deliverables created by Socialyte (e.g., content, creatives, strategies) become the property of the client upon full payment

• Socialyte retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio and marketing materials

All tools, templates, or methodologies used remain the intellectual property of Socialyte.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of working together, unless required by law.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategy, Socialyte cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes, including sales or follower growth, as results may vary based on numerous external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Socialyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or your country of business if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
